For marquee functions where we are unable to use your kitchen facilities the charges incurred for hiring a portable kitchen will have to be passed onto you. We will meet in advance to discuss electricity requirements and work surface area. Please ensure that your tables and chairs are in position for laying up on the morning of the day before your function. If this is not possible, please let us know in plenty of time to enable us to make the appropriate arrangements.
Access to Water
If kitchen facilities are not available, you must ensure that there is adequate access to a mains water supply in the vicinity of the catering area.
We strongly recommend that you have the adequacy and functioning of the electricity supply thoroughly checked by a qualified electrician prior to your function. We will not accept responsibility for any problems or disappointment on the day which are due to electrical failure.
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Telephone bookings will be held for 14 days. 6 weeks before your function a further 40% is required. This will be retained by Coppice Catering in the event of cancellation. The total outstanding balance must be paid in full on the day of function, before the meal begins. Losses, breakages or damage to goods and containers is payable at full replacement cost.
